1. Eligibility
1.1 This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Entry
2.1 The prize draw will run from [04/01/2024] to [end date].
2.2 To enter, purchase entry through the website.
2.3 There are three tiers of entry:
- Tier 1: £10 per entry
- Tier 2: £30 per entry
- Tier 3: £100 per entry
2.4 There is no limit to the number of entries per person. Participants may enter as many times as they wish across any of the tiers.

3.2 Participants may win as many prizes as entries they purchase. For example, if a participant buys 3 entries, they are eligible to win up to 3 prizes.
3.3 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be selected by a random draw conducted by a computer process on [date].
4.2 The draw will be supervised by an independent person.
4.3 Each entry will have an equal chance of winning within its respective tier.
4.4 Separate draws will be conducted for each tier.
4.5 In the event that the same person wins multiple prizes, each prize will be awarded.
5. Winner Notification
5.1 Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
5.2 If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Artefact reserves the right to select an alternative winner for that prize.
6. Prize Delivery
6.1 Prizes will be delivered to the winners within 30 days of the draw date.
6.2 Any additional costs associated with claiming the prizes are the responsibility of the winners.
7. Data Protection
7.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Artefact's Privacy Policy.
8. General
8.1 Artefact reserves the right to amend or cancel this prize draw without prior notice.
8.2 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8.3 By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
